Deadline for sending abstracts is 10.08.2016

Please note:
Abstracts that don’t meet editorial requirements will not be taken into consideration.
Only abstracts prepared properly will be reviewing by members of Scientific Committee.
Author indicated as contact person will be informed on fact of negative review but without substantive comment what is impossible by organizational reasons.
Organizers don’t reveal surnames of reviewers.

Decision on rejection of abstract is final and can’t be subject to appeal.

REGULATIONS OF REPORTING ABSTRACTS IN FORM OF POSTERS
TO PRESENT DURING POSTER SESSION

1.    Please report abstracts only electronically for below e-mails:
        barbara.p@rocketmail.com
        er.pliszka@wp.pl
2.    Depending on the amount of posters they will be presented during one day of the Conference in dedicated time. We inform about this later.

  •  Attention: one person can be co-author of many abstracts, but can present only one abstract/poster.

3.    Abstracts should be prepared according to below requirements:

  •  Font: Verdana 10, space between lines: 1
  •  Text: 200–250 words.

Please also proceed with:

  • Write surname, full-bodied first name and initials (if necessary) of names of other authors.
  • Use bold font for surname of author that present abstract during Poster Session.
  • Give title of abstract (no more than 120 characters with spaces).
  • Give name, surname, unit/department, address with postal code, telephone and email of author indicated as contact person to Organizational Committee of Conference. This data is not included to the text of abstract.

4.    Abstracts classified to presentation during the Conference will be printed in Conference materials. Organizers reserve the right to make amendments in style, nomenclature and text shortcuts if they don’t change substantively abstract without asking author.
List of classified abstracts will be published on the website of the Conference – www.A-T2016.pl.
Abstracts will be reviewed by Commission emerged from the Scientific Committee of Conference.


POSTERS - DEMANDS:

  • Width of poster: 59,4 cm, height of poster: 84,1 cm (A1).
  • Author of poster should be present during Poster Session in indicated time.
  • We ask to report with poster to organizational office not later than 1,5 hour before the Poster Session.
  • In organizational office there will be prepared office materials to hang posters.
  • To avoid organizational difficulties and technical reservations posters will be posted by their authors.
  • Authors of posters are requested to take off posters after Poster Session or at the end of the Conference.
  • Posters that are not taken off in time, will be removed by Organizational Office of the Conference which is not responsible for any possible damages of posters.
  • Reporting abstract is tantamount to consent of its author to print it in conference materials, processing and data sharing of personal data given during registration and for organizational purposes, publish results of qualification and abstracts on the website of Conference and in materials prepared after Conference. Reporting abstract is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations.
